Inspired by our fellow CP'er who's lost a tonne of weight I've decided to make this thread, but, a more general thread everyone can get involved in about weight loss and such.
I've lost 22 lbs so far since early March and now I'm trying out some interval training tonight.. just a fancy way of saying I'm going to run, then walk, then run, and so on.
Anyways, for healthier eating, weight loss, excercise (cardio), and weight training let's chat that stuff up here, yes?
