Either the physical machine itself (case mods, water cooling, graphics etc) or any desktop or other customization you've done.
Mine, spoiler tags because of large images.
This is the first PC I've ever done any modification to, just added a side intake fan and top exhaust fan.
Desktop is simple, just rainmeter with pretty basic stuff.
