That's the problem.
There are no sustainable, healthy, easy ways to lose weight. There's one way, and it takes a lot of effort to not only lose the weight, but you have to maintain it
every day; as soon as you slip, the weight comes back on.
Every drug, treatment, anything has adverse reactions at this point in time.
