4 is the usual go to for wood. 5-6 storey wood buildings are pretty rare.
BC just started allowing for 6 storey wood a couple of years ago, I think AB has likely only allowed them for a short period of time as well but would have to double check to be sure.
Reminds me of a fellow Realtor the other day who came into the 17 story Drake development I'm selling and asked if it was concrete or wood
