Here's a bit of good news. Only two teams in all of MLB history have made the playoffs starting 0-4 or worse. The Rays are 0-5, and the Red Sox are 0-6.

Teams pretty much can only lose 65 games through the course of the season, so those two are getting quite a bit behind the 8 ball. Hopefully they continue to lose a bunch of games the rest of the month because that'll mean that they will have to basically be perfect the rest of the way.
