As for the incident, holy smokes. That thing would have been hit pretty damn hard. Like mentioned, guy probably came up lost the back and just kept on driving. Would have been going pretty fast too to get that bad of damage. Hopefully your friend finds the a-hole who did this.

Judging by the tire marks in the snow it was a very hard hit, the RAV4 slide a lot. As for finding the a-hole, hopefully theres some random CP/beyond reader that sees the truck coming out of a garage or going to a body shop that might be able to help.
Or the police manage to sort it out... Anyone get hit before and have the cops actually catch the guys?
