So I dunno, I'm assuming now you're either a therapist yourself, or connected closely somehow, correct me if I'm mistaken. Do I need a referral or can I pretty much make an appt. with any physio that's accepting patients? Can you recommend one?
You do not need a referral but I would suspect your family doctor could give you a recommendation.

You can just call a physio clinic in your area and book an initial assessment and then successive treatments afterward. Luckily, a lot of people are covered for physio from work benefits.

All physiotherapists are 'accepting patients' since there is high patient turnover. The only issue would be booking your next treatment (1 - 2 / week) if the therapist at that time has many patients. But you can just book in advance to ensure you get an appointment.

Good luck regardless of your treatment!
