-frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
-banana
-yogurt
-organic spinach
-flaxseed
-granola(some kinds don't work so well)

-pure fruit juice
this is the only thing you could eat/drink the rest of your life and survive on the nutrients. I have this everyday, don't drink it before bed though because it takes too much effort for your body to digest while you are trying to sleep.
kale is so gross in smoothies, it tastes like roadside weeds, healthy, but gross.
