Yea I was being vague, I do use the greek style. stick with the low or no fat stuff just due to the amount of consumption. make tzatziki and stuff too with it.
Also using Syntha 6 protein Vanilla, first vanilla that I've actually liked. Ordered a ton of it off a good RFD deal a few weeks ago. think it was 25$ for every 5lbs.
