This is my breakfast, I'm no expert but I think it's good for me and it tastes good.
1 Banana
3-4 tbsp of a 50/50 mix of cocoa powder & flax meal (pre mixed weekly)
1 cup cranberries
2 cups 4 berry mix
1 cup + - 1% milk
Feel free to improve my breaky, I take multi vits & fish oil daily plus a serving of fish for lunch every day (almost)
