Sure it does. Some stations use ethanol/winter blends, which reduces mileage. I stay away from husky/mohawk which guarantee 10% ethanol. Other stations "may include" up to 10%.
I've always found I get decent mileage with Shell. The V-power is guaranteed not to have ethanol (although may not be ideal, depending on your vehicle).
I use the Safeway in town from time to time, but it's filled from the Shell tanker. Not sure if that applies for all safeways or not.

Fill up at a certain station for a month over the same season, average out your mileage. Then do the same with another station? Sure there's other variables involved, but I've found I'll get on average 50 kms less on a tank of Esso fuel over a number of fills.
