I think Playfair has been a good coach, I hope he stays. Any issues the Heat have had were player related, not coaching. I live in Abby and everyone I know who has had dealings with him and his family has nothing but respect for what they have brought to our community.
But, however, from an outsider perspective the Flames Org is in need of a major shake up and that might include the whole system from the Minors on up...
