I can't really talk about many of those cities because I have never lived there/spent a significant amount of time there.

But I can say that Regina is ranked too high. Saskatoon is probably right around where I would rank it. Not in correlation to any of the other rankings, just about the place I would expect it to pop up. Middle of the pack for top 25 in Canada.

It is a great city that gets a bad rep because people judge us on Regina (which is like judging Calgary by Edmonton fyi), our overzealous football fans, and the fact that there is nothing around us. Besides thousands and thousands of beautiful parklands/lakes.
