Education is a provincial responsibility anyways...
I guess my big issue with it is that to give everyone $450 for education they would be cancelling Corporate tax decreases. I think to help insure better economic recovery we should not be increasing Corporate tax so that everyone gets $450. The increase in corporate tax may in fact give everyone less money to put towards education.
