I guess I gotta do more cardio then. I typically go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours everyday 4-5 days/week. Weight training most of the time, then an hour or two per week of cardio. Food wise, I've really trimmed my diet where it's fish sticks, granola bars, V8, some milk and a few other non-calorie related foods. Problem is at work where others order out in the evenings, and always ask if I want in on that. Sometimes I do because I'm so hungry and boy do I regret it later.
