I don't pay much attention to the NBA, but I happened to have the tv on The Score tonight and they're showing the Suns @ Sacramento game.
During the game, they've been talking about how the Sacramento Kings are potentially going to move to Anaheim to share the Honda Center with the Ducks (the team will change its name to the Royals because there's already a team named the Kings in Los Angeles -- strangely, the team was originally named the Royals, but they changed it to the Kings when they moved to Kansas City because of the baseball Royals).
Where this relates to this thread is that tonight the Anaheim City Council voted unanimously in favour of a $75 million bond issue to help the Kings pay off debts to the city of Sacramento and renovate the Honda Center to meet NBA standards and build a practice facility for the team:
