Exactly. In fact, I can legally go after her for all the repairs ($5 grand) so if she wants to raise a stink about a tramp I'll do the same about broken windows and a botched, unauthorized basement paint job. I love being a landlord!!!! lol
On the other hand, I just hope I'm not at fault for prototypes kids when they inevitably fly off their new tramp and land in the nearby hedges.....
