With just me, I"m reasonably sure I'm around $100/month over this past winter. I tend to cook large amounts of bulk food and eat leftovers for several days afterwards. Another big saving was going back to making my own lunches instead of heading out to Subway, et. al every workday (that alone is like $40-50/week).

I suppose that will go up once I start BBQing more often.
