I like the Palomino, they use the same house spice on the rim that they use as a dry rub on their ribs, chicken and pulled pork. Plus horseradish and a pepperoncini, if you ask they might even throw a bacon slice in there for you
I prefer the more creative ones, the just plain celery salt is kind of ghetto.
The Distillery used to make a B-L-Teaser, using their own Bacon Vodka and house spices (similar to montreal steak spice) but I don't think they have had the Bacon Vodka for a while...

Ferris' Oyster bar in Victoria BC, - comes with a shrimp , a bean, celary and a raw oyster in the shell on top
Double Down Saloon (New York City & Las Vegas) this is where the Bacon Vodka was invented, they don't have clam but will do a kick ass bloody mary, everything the same tabasco, worchester, except no CLAM (tomato Juice) but a pepperoni stick and the bacon vodka, definately make up for the lack of clam
