I allot $280 (cash) to Groceries and Household supplies each month, an average of ~$65/week and I can't remember the last time I ran out of money. Typically, I have about $40 or $50 left at the end of the month. I eat REALLY well.....lots of Fish, Chicken, Beef, Fruits and Vegetables (even out of season), a bit of bread. Ramen noodles and Kraft Dinner do not make it within a mile of my home.

It's not uncommon to buy Laundry Detergent, some cleaning supplies (notoriously expensive) and groceries, but still not hit $60 for the week. I just don't know how people spend $200/week on this stuff.
