Not sure what it is about Hudsons' Caesar, but it's addicting... I wouldn't even say its the best tasting, but I can't have just 1 of them when I'm there.
Other than that, my favorite ones are the ones I make at home.
Approx pint glass size
~1.5-2oz Vodka (Polar Ice usually)
5-6 ice cubes
4 shakes of Tabasco
~4 shakes of Lee&Perrins Worchestershire
slice of lime
3 shakes of caesar rimmer into the glass (I prefer it just in the glass than rimmed)... i forget the brand name, i get it at Sobeys
fill rest with Motts Clamato (quick pour which stirs it pretty well)
two of: pickled bean or asparagus, or my mom's homemade dill pickle slices.
I've been meaning to get some good horseradish/wasabi to try at home. When I've had caesars made with this at restaurants I've always enjoyed them.
mmm... dammit now i want one.
