Not so much that it is marketed towards Hispanic communities, but more that is it simply popular in Hispanic communities because of the belief it is an aphrodisiac. The clam content is what drives whitey away.
Also, there is no such thing as a good Caesar. Tomato juice by itself is vile. But good on Motts for finding a way to make it even worse by adding mashed seafood.
