I as in Las Vegas in November and started talking to the bartender at Boa Steakhouse in Caesar's Palace. I was telling the guy we had a drink called the Caesar in Canada, and he'd never heard of it, but he made me one (no Clamato juice, but he used the traditional recipe of tomato juice and clam broth) with a few of his own ingredients. It was interesting.

When I was down in Mexico last year, I had to walk the bartender through on how to make one.
He had to go the storage room to find clamato. He was going to use tomato juice and lemon juice. I had to explain that he was about to make a bloody marry with those ingredients.
Long story short: He ended up making a great caesar, and the next day he was making them for all the other Canadians at the resort.
