Unless you live on the westside of Lethbridge which only has 1 safeway for the entire west side. Their prices are ridiculous!

We spend about 350-400 per month for two of us but lots of fresh veggies and fruits all the time. We try to stay away from the frozen stuff and prepackaged stuff.
