Police have recommended charges for 3 assaults he committed in only a 5 month period.
It's reasonable to assume not all assaults committed by Police are reported, of those that are reported, it's also reasonable to assume only a small percentage of those would be serious enough for the Police to recommend charges against a fellow officer.
Then the Crown needs enough evidence for a conviction...you know the routine
So ya, I do wonder how many people this punk with a badge has beaten and got away with it. Just sayin, if you want to believe these are the only victims, go ahead.
