No worse than Minny or Buffalo, the players spend 2/3rds of the year either on the road or in their summer places in the Okanagan etc anyway.
I'm sure some players will choose not to play there, but given a half decent organization there are enough guys that grew up playing in Manitoba or Saskatchewan or Kenora or the like they will be able to compete.
