Of course they do, like any business in the community they make concessions with the government. I've seen the area around the MTS Centre grow substantially since 2004, the city of course would offer the crumbling buildings at a reduced rate.

Hows that the argument? Who is the absolute worse? Phoenix, Dallas, St Louis, Atlanta? All up for sale. Winnipeg would be a middle of the pack team there is no doubt about it, I don't think anyone here is saying we would be the second coming of Toronto.
