I can't imagine wasting my valuable time enough to make a formal complaint about cats being in someone's store. If you don't like cats, don't go there. These are the same people who complain about sex and profanity on TV - STFU and avoid what you dislike without forcing your preferences on everyone else.

Besides - cats are much cleaner than your average Canadian Tire staffer.
