We can argue about the long-term viability of the Winnipeg market until we're blue in the face, but there is no doubt Winnipeg is a better market than Phoenix right now. And having a team in Winnipeg instead of Phoenix means the 6 other Canadian teams get to keep more money by sending less to the revenue sharing pot. Right?
