My high score in Tiny Wings is 179,476 and I can get to the 8th island about 1/3 of the time.

Tip: Spoiler!** The trick is to go really slowly, so if you start going too high just dive a little to kill your momentum. Also, if you can line it up properly don't dive into a valley... landing in it properly while just flapping will keep your fever going.
