I have real information with which to draw my conclusions too... only difference is my information is publicly available, as you can read about it in the paper every time there's a development in the story. The idea that providing a guarantee for the bonds that is $41 million shy of the actual risk involved would alleviate Goldwater's concerns is ridiculous.
