Doesn't endorsed by Palin get him the Tea Party vote? If GWI opposes now they look like the bad guy. Hulsizer is taking all the risk now by guaranteeing the parking money saying even if the projections are off any losses he will make up.
Even the case GWI is using as a president (City North) they lost and were almost brought before the AZ state bar on professionalism issues. The other guy in the interview with McCain... Grant Woods... has more gift clause related court cases than anyone when he was Atty General.

I think GWI claims victory by making Hulsizer come in with more money and calls it a day. As a tax payer advocacy group most of their concerns have been addressed.
