Its progression because the US/Britain said to hell with the UN and did what was right.
Ahmadinejad is not going to be swayed by any of this stuff, don't kid yourself. He is as batcrap crazy as Kim Jong Il.
I have zero problem with what is being done to Khadafi and his mercenaries, but it should have happened decades ago...but the bastion of diplomacy that is the UN was always standing against things like this.
