It is pretty funny how some people peg a guy as a jerk because he wouldnt enter a big conversation with them at the grocery store. I'm pretty sure I'd start ignoring people too if they kept interrupting every mundane task of my life.

That's true I guess. I met Hull and Gilmour in a public place and it probably isn't fair that I judge Gilmour on one encounter. I was like 10 or 11 and he told my friend and I to eff-off. As an adult, I can kind of understand that he wanted some alone time and all that, but when you are 10, it is pretty upetting. I'm sure Hull didn't really want to talk to us at the time, but he was nice enough to go through the motions and act like a nice guy.
Erskine is kind of a special exception as I am friends with his brother. He's not a typical hockey jock. He was a skate-punk who happened to be good at hockey.
I met Bobby Orr back in Thunder Bay. I worked at a restaurant he went to when he was up there scouting young talent. My boss was friends with him and introduced us.
