As mentioned any plan over 1Gb has it included. It was always funny how people I work with would see me teathered to my laptop, and say... "Oooooh, you must have jail broke your phone to do that." I would open their setting, and show them the switch to turn it on.
So many people did not realize it was available, or included in their plans. The only computer device that has not been able to tether since 3Gs is the iPad, and that is not Rogers, it was Apple for the obvious reasons. Thankfully they came to their senses and realized hotspot would actually increase the sale of their devices, not decrease them.
