Your Employers Vacation Policy
Curious what others have for a vacation policy. I'm in a bit of a battle with my employer in that regards and trying to see what is more "normal" out there. This isn't about how much time you have, but how much freedom you have in scheduling it. More geared towards the salaried office staff employees.
- How are you allowed to schedule your first two weeks of vacation?
(ie, must it be taken in 1 week blocks or can you take days here and there?)
- If you have more than 2 weeks vacation, is your scheduling freedom different than the first two weeks?
