He wont have to. The FA's version of the touchline ban allows managers to speak to players and be in the tunnel before the game, at half time, and immediately after the game. So essentially it's a useless paper charge and just making a statement.

I have to agree with Coys1882. Has anyone heard of match officials this season being punished for butchering basic calls every week? I haven't.
