I caught one game on shaw tv and loved his playmaking ability and skating.

I like Shinny's playmaking ability. He was suspended for 12 games for a check from behind early in the season and is still 7th in the points chase. He is undersized but has great puck control and great speed. It is always hard to tell with a player of his size how things would pan out. We had a very special player in Colton Yellowhorn a few years back that I thought had more goal scoring ability then Shinny does and he is in Europe playing hockey I beleive. Shinniman is fiesty and plays with an edge however, more of a drive in his game and really irritates opponents between the whistles. He is a great playmaker and has the ability to set up his opponents. Definately worth a look if he clears and could be picked up as a FA on and Entry Level! On a side not Holland added another goal and assist Sunday night....team is gearing up for the playoffs!
