Maybe. Maybe not. But, had the little brat's head split open,the 'Punisher' could have really, really hurt the kid. I am saying I guarantee that if that kid's head split open, or if he got some kind of concussion, or broke his back, (or worse)- the big boy would have been in a world of crap. Fair or not.
