please cite the rule you are referring to.
also, explain how this - "keep right, except to pass" - has anything with "speeding is ok in the left lane".
is that not two different issues all together?
so, for i dont know how many times now, i agree! if you are not capable of doing the speed limit, you should be in the right hand lane until you can exit the roadway. and to clarify, you should stay in the right hand lane and keep the left lane clear so that people who want to pass you, can do so safely.
do you agree that the left lane is for doing the speed limit while passing those slower moving cars that are in the right lane?
