Sleeping in for an extra hour is going to ruin your day tomorrow? I doubt it.
And if sleeping for an hour ws going to ruin your day you probably could have made arrangements to wake up at 930 or something. And once again, losing 30 minutes of sleep isn't going to ruin your day.
Maybe make you a little more tired but people are acting like this is the end of the world.
I had to wake up at 7am today for work and even though I'm not feeling 100%, I'm still fine. 7hrs vs 8hrs of sleep isn't enough to ruin my day. Not ideal, but not a disaster. I really could have used that hour of sleep but I would describe my day as ruined. And if I had slept in until 10am I definitely wouldn't have considered it a disaster considering I wake tomorrow at 7am again.
