So, anyone who's done a masters degree know some fairly in-depth journal articles about leadership? I know there's ton out there, but I am a bit under time pressure (and yet posting on cpuck
so if anyone can recommend a good article that would be awesome. I've read a couple written by Henry Mintzberg (McGill uni), so I am looking something along the lines of manager vs leader, ethical aspect of leadership and such.
Or even if you don't know about any articles, feel free to offer your opinion, does leadership matter, what helped you to be better at it, traits and characteristics that are most important etc.
