I'm pretty sure if you go on to the blizzard site or battle.net site and sign up you can download it for 10 bucks and play online against people too through battle.net
i remember seeing D2 in there after i bought startcraft 2 and was severely tempted to stop raising my son for a while
figure i can wait till D3 comes out.
