The option to not go see a 3d film, or sit in these seats is readily available lol.
3D is awesome if done well, but out of the plethora of ones that came out last year, only 3 did it right. Avatar, Toy Story 3, and shockingly, Jackass 3D.
These seats are gimmicky, but I like the idea that going to the Theater should be as "special" as possible, it's hard to compete with a lot of home theater systems now. Especially considering at home I don't have to deal with that kid who wouldn't sit down or shut up and the fat mom who just didn't give a crap.
