If it is accessible you should be able to look up under your dash and see the wiring harness for the remote starter. On the main power harness there will be 2 green 30 amp fuses. Replace the one that is blown and you should be good to go.
The reason that I say if it is accessible is everyone has a different install style. Some guys do what I call hockey stick their harnesses and make them hard to work with or trouble shoot if there is ever an issue. Some tie the brain up before hooking up any wires making it hard to drop the system to again do any post work with the units. I personally make mine easy to access and maintain for such type situations especially during starter season when you are installing 5 or 6 units a day.
Most reputable places have lifetime warranty on their install and should be able to book you in and take a quick look at it for you and fix the issue at no charge. I always did.
