Do yourself a favor and just get it on PC. Battlefield is a completely different game on consoles. You'll probably get 24 player servers like in Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Xbox 360.
Real Battlefield games like 1942, BF2, and hopefully BF3 are meant to be played with 64 players simultaneously.
