Had someone come and take a look at it. Looks like its not a cracked pipe. The exterior faucet was leaking and over the course of the winter the constant dripping of water created a the big mountain of ice, to the point that it covered up the faucet. Then the water started to seep into the house.
Going to have to replace it with a frost free one. In the meantime, the valve leading to the exterior has been shut off and will be shut off until I am ready to water my lawn.
