When I ordered online and he called me back within 15 minutes to tell me that he'd pull all of the toques from the existing stores to fill my order. There was a discrepancy with the website however I'm really pleased with the level of service they've provided since he was still able to fulfill my order and the items arrived pretty quickly.
One really unfortunate part however is that their bag says "Game On Sports" on the front...and "The Oilers Store" on the back.
