Just looking at a Honeywell Hepa allergen remover for $300, but I'm wondering if anyone has any feedback on these things? Do they actually do the job?

My big problem is sneezing. An issue for me all year round, but it will get much worse in a month or two...

Any advice? Different model or brand name perhaps?
