The Jackets are bound and determined to find a way into the playoffs and when GM Penney saw that a lot of teams have decided to call it a season, he knew some solid players would be available at reasonable prices. The Jackets have added a LOT of D depth in the past two days. After both Hamhuis and Liles got hurt in one game, Penney knew he needed to get depth and get it fast!
